Peter Lustig

Peter has more than 35 years experience in all aspects of residential and commercial construction, inspection and real estate development and management. During that time he has worked extensively with most of the construction and renovation lenders in the industry. Over his long career he has gained extensive experience and knowledge on how to complete high quality work timely and on budget and is proud of having one of the industry’s highest customer satisfaction ratings. In addition to being a Licensed Home Builder and General Contractor he is also a Licensed FHA 203k Consultant, Home Inspector and a NJ Dept of Banking & Real Estate Continuing Education Instructor.

Wayne Greenblatt

Wayne has built more than 45 ground up houses in his more than 30 year career. He is an expert at construction estimating and focused on getting projects across the finish line. Completing projects timely and professionally together with his clients is the source of his professional satisfaction. He is a Licensed FHA 203k Consultant and Home Inspector.

Brian Gardner

Brian has been a successful general and sub contractor for more than 25 years. He has a specialty in foundations and helical piers and has raised and reconstructed numerous homes over the years. Brian makes sure that each client understands each phase and delivery date of their project thoroughly. He is also a Licensed 203k consultant and Home Inspector.

David Digges

David has been a Licensed General Contractor for more than 30 years specializing in renovating existing homes and identifying and installing finishes that generate a client’s highest return on investment. He is a licensed 203k consultant, Licensed Home Inspector and a Licensed Mold Assessor and Remediator. David has come to understand over time that in our industry communication is key to success.
